Customer satisfaction is of fundamental importance for a company’s success nowadays and a well-founded recording of this satisfaction provides necessary target and control figures for a sustainable corporate policy. Customer satisfaction strengthens client’s loyalty and reduces the loss of clients. In addition, very satisfied customers increase profits and attract new customers through recommendation.

The aim of customer satisfaction research is to find out causes for dissatisfaction in order to carry out improvements on this basis. The analysis of customer satisfaction reveals the motivation, interests and wishes of target groups and offers with it a base to develop or optimize a corporate context. Strengths and weaknesses of the employee situation can be diagnosed through employee interviews, from which companies can benefit greatly by changing, for example, the work atmosphere.
